The text was printed by letterpress in Great Britain by Phil Abel at Hand & Eye Letterpress, London on Rives Artist 170 gsm. The type was set and cast in Monotype Bembo by Harry McIntosh, Edinburgh, Scotland.


The twenty archival photographs are masterfully printed by, John Pack, in Paros, Greece on Hahnemühle Bamboo Fine Art paper 290 gsm using the Cone Piezography K7 carbon black ink set on a specially adapted Epson 4800 printer. Hahnemühle Bamboo Fine Art paper is the world’s first digital fine art inkjet paper made from bamboo fibers, 90% bamboo fibers and 10% cotton, to highest archival standards.
